Ingredients

  • panettone - 1
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • eggs - 2
  • vegetable oil - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 pinch
  • sugar - optional

How to make

Beat all the products well and extinguish the baking soda in the yoghurt. In a baking dish, arrange slices of panettone, pour on the mixture, add the oil and bake at 480°F (250 °C) for about 25 minutes.

Add sugar to taste to the mixture (optional). You can put cherries or other fruit for decorations on it.
