How to make
Heat the olive oil and some butter in a suitable container in which you will cook the risotto and fry the chopped onions. Add the mince and stir until it breaks apart and fries. Then add the rice and stir it for 2 minutes, finally top it up with wine.
Once evaporated, start adding the hot chicken broth. Stir until the liquid is absorbed and top up with broth again and again. Gently stir the whole time. This process of pouring and mixing takes about 30-40 minutes - it depends on the rice.
Remove the cooked rice from the heat and mix it with the crushed parsley, garlic, butter and parmesan. Season it with spices and serve the risotto with mince warm.
