How to make
Saute the spinach in a pan with a little fat. In a bowl, mix the eggs, yogurt, spinach, baking soda, finely chopped dill, crushed garlic and dry spices.
A porridge like mixture should be obtained and if necessary add more flour. Put greased baking paper in a baking pan and spread the mixture on it.
Bake it until it's ready. Leave it to cool and spread the savory roll with the stuffing of cream cheese, mayonnaise and black pepper.
Also add the slices of ham. Roll it up and leave in the fridge to set.
The spinach roll with fresh spinach is ready.
