Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g), crumbled
  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • butter - to spread

How to make

Beat 3 eggs with the yoghurt, in which you have dissolved the baking soda beforehand. Add the oil, then the feta cheese and flour. Spread the resulting medium hard dough in a greased baking dish and brush it with the fourth beaten egg.

Bake in a moderate oven until ready.
