How to make
Peel the shrimp only from the scales on their body and leave the head and tail. So in addition to having an interesting aesthetic appearance, you will keep the delicious juices contained in the head, where the taste of seafood is.
Crush the garlic cloves and mix them in the soft butter along with the parsley, so that a homogeneous paste is obtained.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 degrees) and place the shrimp in a baking pan greased with olive oil and they are salted. Add the hot pepper, whole or crushed, to them. Bake them for 6 minutes or until they aquire an orange color.
Take them out from the oven and spread them generously with the butter paste, which will melt and mix with the aroma of the shrimp juices and you will have a great mixture of flavors.
Serve the appetizer with lemon slices.
Enjoy your meal!
