"This is exactly the kind of breakfast we need every day!"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • spinach - 1 handful (frozen)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • baking soda - 1 pinch
  • rice flour - 4 tbsp.
  • ham - 2 slices
  • olives - 5 pcs.
  • processed cheese - 0.6 oz (17 g)
  • cherry tomatoes - 3 pcs. or from a tin without the juice
  • oregano

How to make

In a chopper or blender, mix the eggs, salt, baking soda, spinach and flour.

Beat them into a homogeneous mixture.

The resulting mixture is poured onto baking paper in a small tray.

Garnish it with pieces of ham, chopped olives, processed cheese and sprinkle it with oregano.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 15-18 minutes.

Remove the green focaccia from the oven.

Cut the homemade focaccia into 4 pieces, as 1 piece you can eat for breakfast and 3 pieces for lunch.
