How to make
Beat the eggs and add the yoghurt with the baking soda in it and stir.
Add the oil, crumbled white cheese and savory herb by taste and stir.
Finally, gradually add the sifted flour and mix it until you have a smooth mixture. Pour the mixture into a baking pan greased with oil and sprinkled with flour.
Place the baking pan in a preheated 360°F (180 degree) oven and bake the pita for about 30 minutes. An aromatic and very tasty breakfast!
Remember - the eggs and yogurt should be at room temperature for at least an hour or if you are in a hurry, at least slightly warm the yogurt and then put the baking soda in it. The warmed up mixture is added to the beaten eggs.
