In a bowl pour 1/2 cup (100 ml) of oil and add the curry, turmeric, oregano, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and thyme.
Mix everything well and roll each chicken fillet in the marinade, so it can absorb it on all sides.
The bowl is wrapped with aluminum foil and left in the refrigerator, so the fillets can absorb all the aromas and flavors for 2-3 hours.
Heat a grill pan, arrange the marinated fillets on top and cook them on both sides until they aquire a golden color. They are cooked quickly because the meat is tender.
Serve the hot fillets with lemon slices and a salad with red tomatoes and hot peppers.
