Ingredients

  • strawberries - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cherries - 7 oz (200 g)
  • raspberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • yogurt or strained yogurt - 1 lb (450 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • rum essence

How to make

The yoghurt is mixed with the powdered sugar and a few drops of the essence are added.

The strawberries are cut and arranged into a glass bowl. Arrange a row of fruit and then a row of yogurt.

The strawberries are at the bottom, then the raspberries and you can add more strawberries and cherries on top.

Wonderful fruit salad for after a hard day.
