How to make
Heat a pan over medium heat on the stove. Place one of the tortillas. Grate the cheddar and sprinkle over the tortilla wrap.
Season with a pinch of chopped jalapeno peppers and spring onions. Place a second tortilla on top.
When toasted from one side, remove the tortillas. Flip and spread some jalapeño cheese dip on the grilled side.
Add a hot dog and roll. Repeat with all three quesadogs.
Heat a pan and toast all sides of the quesadogs. Serve sprinkled with chopped spring onions.
