How to make
Boil the spaghetti in salted water with a little oil, but let them remain slightly raw. Drain the water and leave them aside. In a pan, first fry the crushed garlic in a little oil, add the grated tomatoes and fry them for a little while again. In a bowl, whip 1 egg, add grated cheese, nutmeg, 1 chili pepper and salt to taste.
Once the garlic and tomato sauce are braised, place the drained spaghetti in a deep pot. Then, add the braised garlic with the tomato sauce and finally the grated cheese with the egg. Everything is mixed well and fried briefly over low heat, while stirring constantly to avoid burning. Bon appetit!
Optionally, you can add other appropriate spices, such as ginger.
