How to make
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain marie.
Stir the mix until you achieve a smooth, creamy mixture and set aside.
Beat the eggs and sugar to a foamy consistency. Add a pinch of salt and the crushed walnuts.
Mix the flour and baking powder and sift it into the beaten eggs.
Add the flour gradually. Don't stir too hard, so the mix remains foamy. Fold in the melted chocolate as well and stir gently.
Pour in the batter into a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Heat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake for around 30 minutes.
Let the brownie cool before you cut it, or it may fall apart.
Cut the brownie into bites with a sharp knife an serve with decorative toothpicks.
