How to make
Wash and dry the fish. Finely chop the onion and fry it until it's crystal clear. Place all products without the flour in a food processor and grind them.
Place the bowl with the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour. Take it out and form small round patties.
If the mixture is very dry you can add 1-2 tablespoons of milk.
Roll the fish patties in flour and fry them until they're golden brown. Remove and place them on kitchen paper.
