How to make
The rice is washed and boiled in 1/2 a cup of water. When the water evaporates, add the coconut milk, sugar, vanilla and the other 1/2 a cup of water.
Add a little margarine or some fat. Boil on low heat, while stirring often to prevent the rice from sticking.
It is ready when the rice is fully cooked and thick. It should not be watery, but also not too dry.
While still warm, distribute into bowls. Sprinkle them with cinnamon and leave them to cool.
