Ingredients

  • potatoes - 6 pcs.
  • chicken broth - 8 cups (2 liters)
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • red pepper - 1 tsp.
  • curry - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • parsley - 4 sprigs
  • croutons - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces, and place in a deep saucepan. The peeled tomato is added to them.

Pour the chicken broth over them. Boil until the potatoes are soft, then puree the products until smooth. Add the spices.

MIx the creamy soup very well. Serve hot, sprinkled with croutons and fresh parsley.
