How to make
Beat the eggs with a fork. Add the cream cheese.
Mix the two products well. Add raw sesame seeds, flaxseed, add a pinch of salt and stir.
Place a non-stick pan on the stove to heat.
The good thing is that no fat is used in making the pancakes.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and place in the pan.
Be careful because the mini pancakes bake quickly and so try not burn them.
A lot of keto pancakes are made out of this mixture.
Serve these warm and healthy mini pancakes that need no flour to be made.
