How to make
Soak the beans overnight in water. The next day, change the water, fill with enough new water to cover the beans and put them to boil on the stove. As soon as the first water boils, throw it away, pour new water in and put it to boil until the beans soften slightly. Add the finely chopped carrots, pepper and grated onion.
Stir and then 5-10 minutes later, add the diluted in some warm water tomato paste, broth cube, spearmint, savory and spoon of baking soda (to boil the beans faster). Top with about 6 1/5 cups (1.5 l) hot water and allow the dish to boil until finished.
Finally, season it with salt and black pepper. Optionally, add a chili pepper. Separately, heat a little oil for a roux, braise by stirring the flour and then mix the paprika in.
Add the roux to the bean stew and remove it from the heat.
