  • pork - 21 oz (600 g)
  • onions - 2 cloves
  • chillies - 1 - 2.
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • cumin
  • savory
  • baking soda
  • red wine - 1 cup
  • salt

How to make

Knead very nicely the minced meat with spices, grated onion, cheese, chopped peppers and wine.

Shape meatballs and leave them in the refrigerator for one hour. Bake them on a greased grill and occasionally sprinkle them with sparkling water.
