Leave the yogurt to strain most of the water. Instant coffee is dissolved in 5 tablespoons cold water. Stir the strained yogurt into the curd, add sugar and vanilla and stir to completely dissolve the sugar.
Separate the whites of the eggs and break them into hard snow. Watch them mix with the other products.
Pour the finished mixture into serving cups and leave it for at least 1 - 1.5 hours in a refrigerator.
