How to make
Finely crush the onion and chop the bacon. Mix them with some universal spice and paprika. Mix the minced meat with chopped chilies, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the mince into 4 equal pieces for 4 patties. Divide each quarter into 2 parts and shape them into 2 flat balls - one should be slightly larger than the other.
Fill the patties with bacon and onion and stick them together 2 by 2. Bake thus prepared patties on a greased grill or in an oven at 390°F (200 °C) on a metal grill for about 20-25 minutes.
