How to make
Prepare sugar syrup from 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) water and 2/3 cup (150 g) of sugar woth a bit of heat. Leave to cool well.
Combine the white rum, sugar syrup, pre-cleaned watermelon and lemon juice. Puree the mixture until smooth.
Strain into a large jug with crushed ice and pour it into stemware.
