Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 2.21 lb (1 kg).
  • butter - 1/2 packet
  • cream - 2 cups (500 g)
  • flour - 1 cup
  • garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper - to taste

How to make

The mushrooms are washed with water and cut into chunks. Pour them into heated oil. Add salt and pepper. Stew.

At your discretion, you may add a little water. Having gone soft, take them away and leave the lid on.
