Ingredients

  • tea - 2 cups (500 ml) strong, boiled
  • sugar - to taste
  • ice - 4 - 5 cubes
  • fruits - 7 oz (200 g) pineapple, oranges, peaches or apricots
  • rum - 4/5 cup (200 ml)

How to make

Let the boiled leaf tea cool a little and sweeten it with sugar to taste. Pour the tea into glasses with a few pieces of ice.

Cut the fruits into cubes and pour the rum over them. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Distribute the fruits evenly in each cup of tea.

Optionally, you can add a little cream to the Vietnamese tea.
