How to make
Stir the powdered sugar with the butter until you obtain a fluffy cream. Add the eggs and cocoa, walnuts, rum and crumbled biscuits.
Stir to a smooth mixture and transfer it to foil sprinkled generously with powdered sugar.
Form into a tight cylinder-salami shape, then wrap with the foil. Leave it to harden in the fridge for about 10-12 hours.
When serving, cut it diagonally into pieces.
