How to make
Heat the milk slightly. In half of it, dissolve the yeast with the sugar + 2 tbsp flour. Beat the eggs with the salt and add them to the other milk half.
Once the yeast effervesces, add it as well. To the liquid, add the sifted flour while stirring nonstop with a metal whisk to obtain a thick mixture.
Leave it for about 30 min. in a warm area to effervesce, then use a ladle to pour it into a pan or saj, bake on both sides until golden.
Once you take them out of the pan, smear them again with butter.
Combine them with your favorite jam and enjoy. Optionally, double the amount of mixture for more pancakes.
