How to make
Heat olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add the onion and fry until golden in color, with stirring for about 20 minutes.
Add the garlic and sauté gently for about a minute. Add the spinach, tomatoes and chicken broth. After stirring the mixture, leave it for 3 minutes on the stove.
Meanwhile, boil the Rigatoni, while adding 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the water. Combine the spinach mixture with the hot Rigatoni and grated almonds.
Stir until mixed well. Serve hot.
