  • pork - 4 neck steaks with the bone
  • marinade
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • red wine - 2/3 cup
  • hoisin sauce - 2 tbsp
  • sesame oil - 1/2 cup
  • onions - 1 tbsp, powdered
  • chili - 1 pinch, powdered
  • garlic - 1 tsp, powdered
  • black pepper
  • paprika

How to make

Tenderize the relaxed pork lightly with a mallet on a wooden board. Put all of the spices for the marinade in a bowl and stir energetically to mix.
