How to make
Peel the carrots and boil them briefly.
Cut the carrots and pickles into thin round slices.
Take the beans out of the water and put them in a bowl. Add the chopped garlic, pickles, carrots and drained peas.
Pour in a little oil, salt if necessary, and stir.
Add the finely chopped peppers and stir again.
This salad tastes best when left for a day to flavor!
