How to make
In a large bowl, sift the flour, make a well and add 1/2 yeast cube, 2 egg yolks, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salt, 3 tbsp yoghurt, pour on hot water and start to knead. Once it's kneaded well, cover the dough and leave it to rise until doubled in volume.
Make 5 identical balls from the dough, roll them out 1 by 1, smear each with oil or butter and place them one atop the other. Take a knife and make cuts every 4″ (10 cm) from the center going out.
Take 2 sheets and fold them outward on top of the dough (when it's smeared with oil it un-sticks and can be wrapped). If desired, you can make figures if you like.
Leave it to rise again, smear it with water and oil on the top, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 360°F (180 °C).
