Ingredients

  • champignons - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • flour - 4 - 5 tbsp
  • butter - 4 tbsp
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • fenugreek
  • turmeric
  • salt

How to make

Clean and wash the mushrooms. If they are too large, chop them, but if they are small, leave them whole.

Put them in 4 cups of boiling salted water to cook. Then take them out carefully, set them aside but don't throw out the broth.

Braise the flour in a pot and dilute it with the broth from the boiling. Once the porridge comes to a boil, add the mushrooms to it.

Leave the dish to simmer another 10 min. and season with the listed spices.

Stir and remove from the stove. If desired you can serve it with sour cream.
