How to make
Mix the mashed into puree potatoes with the mint, finely chopped pepper, garlic and cottage cheese. Season the blend with lemon juice, salt, black pepper according to taste.
From the well mixed blend, form balls the size of a walnut. Stir the pea flour with the baking powder and a bit of powdered chili pepper if desired.
Heat plenty of oil, roll the balls in the flour and drop them to boil until golden. Drain the cooked balls onto a cooking grid with paper towels underneath.
