Ingredients

  • potatoes - 9 oz (250 g), boiled, mashed to a puree
  • mint - 2 tbsp, chopped, or spearmint, dill
  • chili peppers - 1, red
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • cottage cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lemons - juice of 1
  • pea flour - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • baking powder - 1 pinch
  • chili - spicy, optional
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Mix the mashed into puree potatoes with the mint, finely chopped pepper, garlic and cottage cheese. Season the blend with lemon juice, salt, black pepper according to taste.

From the well mixed blend, form balls the size of a walnut. Stir the pea flour with the baking powder and a bit of powdered chili pepper if desired.
