Ingredients

  • spinach - 2 packages frozen, heads
  • sour cream - 14 oz (400 g)
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g), white
  • salt - to taste
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • vegetable spice - 1 tsp

How to make

Heat the olive oil in a large pot, add half a cup of water and put the spinach to soften.

Once it becomes mushy, beat the cream and slowly add it to the spinach while stirring. Put the salt and vegetable spice and mix.

Remove it from the heat and crumble the cheese.
