"Whether it`s the clean air or tender kid, this is the tastiest stew I`ve ever tried."

Ingredients

  • kid - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • onions - 2 heads
  • tomatoes - 2 - 3
  • mushrooms - 1 cup
  • olives - 1/2 cup
  • potatoes - 3 - 4
  • salt
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • parsley

How to make

Cut the kid meat in portions and fry it in fat. Mix in the chopped onion, then the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes. Add salt, black pepper and paprika to the sauce, then dilute it with hot water, enough to cover the meat.

Once the dish boils again, add the cut into slices mushrooms. Simmer for half an hour and add the olives. Once the olives have boiled for a bit, add the cut into slices potatoes. Boil the stew on low heat.

Before you remove it from the heat, sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley.
