How to make
Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat, then add the diced onion.
Stew the onion for 3 to 4 minutes, then add the flour. Stir vigorously for 3-4 minutes, then add the milk.
Season with nutmeg and add the broccoli, a pinch of salt and more black pepper.
Boil until the broccoli softens - about 30 minutes. Add the cheese and wait for it to melt.
Puree the finished vegetable soup and if it is too thick for you, you can add 1 teaspoon of broth of your choice.
The broccoli and cheese cream soup is ready.
