Ingredients

  • spinach - 1 handful
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • butter - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp.
  • corn semolina - 1 cup for the polenta
  • water - 4 - 5 cups
  • chicken broth - 1 pc.
  • parmesan - 3 tbsp., grated

How to make

In butter heated to medium temperature, fry the crushed garlic and spinach.

Bring the water to a boil, add the broth cube, pour the corn flour for the polenta and boil it, by stirring with a wire whisk, until it thickens.

Remove it from the heat and add the sour cream.

Blend the spinach and Parmesan into the cooked polenta with a food processor and serve it warm.

To the polenta with spinach you can also add pork rind if you like meat.
