How to make
The dried rose hips are placed at the bottom of an enameled or glass vessel.
They are poured with 300 ml of boiling water, after which they are put to boil in a water bath for ten minutes.
The infusion is left with the rose hips for twelve hours.
It is best to let it sit overnight and strain the infusion in the morning.
A little honey can be added for better taste.
