measures

How to make

Dandelion (common dandelion) is a perennial plant. It is found in sandy and grassy places, near streams, parks and glades.

In this case, we use its above-ground part, i.e. the flowers of the plant.

They are harvested during blooming and necessarily from clean places.

The flowers are not washed. They are dried in a shade, arranged on a clean cotton towel, at a permissible air humidity of 13%.

The flowers dry faster if you tear them.

2 tbsp. of the flowers are put in 2 cups (500 ml) of hot water. The decoction is boiled for 5 minutes.

100 ml of the strained tea is drunk 3 or 4 times a day before meals. Sweeten, if needed.

It is desirable that the course of drinking dandelion tea lasts 30-40 days.

The above-ground part of the plant improves the functions of the liver, acts as a choleretic, strengthens and restores the body.

Dandelion enhances the action of the pancreas, i.e. increases the release of insulin, therefore it is suitable for mild forms of diabetes. It reduces the amount of cholesterol in the blood.

The herb is also used for gastrointestinal disorders, anemia and to regulate blood pressure.
