How to make
The fruit should be well-ripened, but hard.
Cut the peach, apricot, plum and kiwi into small pieces. Next up are the pear, the apple and the banana.
Squeeze the lemon and immediately pour it over the fruit, so that they do not darken. Add the sugar and white wine.
Mix the fruit salad well. Cover the bowl with a piece of cling film and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Serve the Macedonia fruit salad chilled! If you wish, you can add a scoop ice cream or whipped cream!
Note: The fruit for this fruit salad can be others - strawberries, melon pieces, blueberries, cherries, depending on the season and your taste.
And the white wine for the Italian Fruit Salad - Macedonia can be replaced with aromatic brandy or limoncello!
