  • rice - 9 oz (250 g)

  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • chicken broth (cubes)
  • water - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • oregano - 1 tsp.
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • parmesan (grated)

How to make

In heated fat, fry the onion, the cleaned calamari, which is cut into slices and the crushed garlic.

Add the rice, tomatoes, broth, oregano, black pepper and cover with wine.

Stew for 15-20 minutes, by stirring at all times and adding water.

Add olive oil, parmesan and parsley to the cooked risotto.
