Ingredients

  • For the base
  • biscuits - 18 pcs.
  • butter - 50 g
  • For the base
  • cream cheese - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • liquid cream - 8.4 fl oz (250 ml)
  • milk - 4.2 fl oz (125 ml)
  • sugar - 2.3 oz (65 g)
  • kinder bueno - 3 packets of two sticks (6 sticks in total)
  • gelatin - 4 sheets
  • For the caramel
  • sugar - 1/2 cupc
  • butter - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • liquid cream - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)

How to make

In a bowl, crush the biscuits and mix them with melted butter (if the mixture is too dry, you can add a little milk).

In a cake tin, spread the biscuit base and leave it in the fridge to harden while you make the cheesecake.

In a pot, mix the cream cheese, liquid cream, milk, sugar and put it on the stove.

Meanwhile, crush the three packets (or a total of six sticks of kinder bueno). Add them and melt them (if it does not dissolve very well, you can use the liquidizer).

When it boils, remove it from the heat and add the four sheets of gelatin, which you have previously soaked in water and prepared according to the package.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly before pouring it over the biscuits. Leave it in the fridge overnight to set.

Only the next day you can pour it with caramel and it is prepared in the following way: Put a small pot on the stove to heat slightly and pour the sugar with butter and make the caramel (be careful not to burn it).

When it is ready, add the liquid cream and stir, until the caramel one hundred percent melts.

It tastes like toffee candy. Pour the prepared caramel on the cheesecake and place it back into the refrigerator for a few hours to set.

The Kinder Bueno Cheesecake is very tasty.
