measures

How to make

Wash the watercress salad leaves, lollo rosso and verde and leave them to drain well.

Put them in a bowl with the tomatoes, nuts and sliced avocado.

Prepare a classic dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and season the salad, by stirring it lightly, so that you don't to crush the fragile leaves.

Caramelize the sugar, while being careful not to burn it. It is enough to liquefy and begin to darken slightly and add a slice of goat cheese. When it is browned and aquires an appetizing color, turn it to the other side briefly.

Put the cheese in the middle of the salad, drizzle it with raspberry balsamic reduction and serve it, while the goat cheese is still warm.

Enjoy your meal!

*For those of you who are not familiar with watercress, I recommend you try it - it has a specific, pleasant, very finely pungent taste and freshness. It is incredibly healthy and rich in valuable ingredients and vitamins (C, A). It has a diuretic, anti-inflammatory, expectorant and burning effect and is good for the body in case of anemia, skin rashes and various other ailments.

In combination with the other products in the watercress and goat cheese salad, it turns into a real vitamin bomb.
