How to make
Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and grind in a blender, until it turns into barely noticeable fine granules.
As it is in the bowl of the appliance, add the egg, cut the butter into pieces and add the flour.
Run the appliance again to blend everything perfectly and a soft and sticky dough should be. If you see that it is too hard, add more butter.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees).
With generously greased hands, take a little of the mixture and form a thin cookie. The thinner it is, the crispier it will be.
You don't have to try to give it a perfect shape, just put it in the baking pan - greased or covered with baking paper and spread it out with your fingers until it is thin enough. It is not necessary to leave a large distance between each of the savory cookie.
Bake the prepared cookies in 2-3 portions, until they aquire a golden color for about 15 minutes (depending on the thickness) and arrange the baked ones to cool on a wire rack.
Eat the cauliflower cookies at any time of the day or as a company for your favorite vegetable spreads.
Enjoy your meal!
