To make this recipe, you need a blender and a food processor, which can easily grind ice.
Put the melon and the watermelon cut into pieces in the jug of the appliance. Cut the lemon into quarters and make sure that no white parts of the peel remain on it.
Add the sugar and blend everything at maximum speed, until a perfectly smooth mixture is obtained.
Add ice to the resulting fruit puree and switch on the appliance again, but at medium speed. Progressively increase the speed to almost maximum for 20 seconds.
Immediately pour the sorbet into cups, garnish them with fresh mint leaves, which will further add flavor and serve them immediately.
