How to make
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water with sugar. Cover and let it rise in a warm place. Sift the flour and add the yeast and mix it with the salt gradually into a soft and smooth dough. Cover it and let it rise for about 20 minutes. If desired, the dough can be mixed with a little hard and crumbled cheese.
Stretch the risen dough into an oval shape with a thickness of 0.8″ (2 cm) and put it in a greased baking dish. Make the desired decoration with a fork or knife on top, brush it with beaten egg yolk with a little oil.
Place to bake in a moderately heated oven until browned. Once ready, smear it with oil immediately.
