How to make
Pour the sugar into a saucepan or pot and melt it on a moderately heated hob until it turns into caramel. Pour the milk into it and stir until the caramel melts.
Beat the flour, 3 egg yolks and water. Pour the mixture over the caramel and stir until the cake cream thickens. Remove it from the heat.
The whites are beaten into a fluffy mixture. Add them to the caramel and beat the mixture by hand.
With the prepared quick caramel cake cream, you can spread any homemade cake and enjoy it.
