measures

How to make

Wash and dry the fish fillets. If they have skin, remove it carefully without tearing the meat - I do it with my fingers, it's easy, but if you want, you can help yourself with a knife blade. Remove the bones, if there are any.

Season the cod with a little salt and cut it into medium-sized chunks.

Prepare the breading by beating the eggs with a little salt in one plate and mixing the flour, baking powder, dill, white pepper and a little more salt in another.

Dip the fish bites in the flour, egg and again in the flour and then egg.

Fry them until they aquire a golden color in hot oil over medium to high heat.

If your pieces are thick, do not worry that they will remain raw and do not fry them for too long. This fish is extremely tender and needs a very short heat treatment.

Take out the breaded fish and place it onto kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat.

Serve them warm in the company of tomato and garlic sauce and if desired, with lemon slices.

The Breaded Cod is ready.
