How to make
The butter, cream cheese and egg should be at room temperature.
Sift the flour with the vanilla and baking powder.
Add the softened butter, cream cheese and egg to them. Mix everything by hand and add the grated orange peel, finely chopped nuts and dried fruit.
Mix everything well and form balls the size of a walnut from it. Arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper at a distance from each other and bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 15-20 minutes.
One they are baked, sprinkle the the mini stollen with powdered sugar.
Remark: 1 cup = 200 ml
