How to make
Prepare a small pot and place it on the stove. Pour the fresh milk and sugar in it and boil them.
Grab a bowl and beat the starch in a little water/milk.
Once the milk has started to boil, add the starch to it, while stirring constantly with a stirrer.
Boil for a few minutes until it thickens and then remove the pot from the heat. Add the rose water and stir.
Pour the malabi into suitable small silicone molds and set them aside until they have completely cooled. Then put them it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Before serving, prepare 4 dessert plates and turn the molds over onto them. Sprinkle the raspberry malabi with raspberry syrup and garnish them with fresh raspberries.
