"An unique dessert that will make you look forward to summer from now on - semifreddo with mulberries"

Ingredients

  • confectionery cream - 6.7 fl oz (200 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • sour cream - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mulberries - 14 oz (400 g)
  • bananas - 2 pcs.
  • biscuits - 2.1 oz (60 g)

How to make

The mulberries are washed well. 10.5 oz (300 grams) of them are added in the blender. They are then blended.

Peel a banana. Break it up into pieces and add it in the blender. Blend again.

Pour the confectionery cream into the bowl of the mixer. Beat it well. Add the powdered sugar. Beat once again. Add the sour cream into the bowl.

Add the remaining 3.5 oz (100 grams) of whole mulberries. Crumble the biscuits. The mixture is then stirred.

Prepare the form in which the semifreddo will be prepared in and covering it with a plastic wrap.

The mixture is poured into the mold. Pour the blended fruit. Stir.

The fresh dessert is placed in the freezer for 1 night.

A piece of semifreddo with mulberries is a great summer dessert.
