How to make
Slice the pork finely and fry it, add the mushrooms and onion and continue to fry until the onions darken. After 1-2 minutes add the tomato paste, wine, soya sauce and black pepper.
Add 2 tbsp (30 ml) of water, to make a succulent appetizer and to obtain a sauce. Fry until the water is evaporated, about 10 min, until you get a homogeneous sauce.
